FUSE was launched in the 2008/2009 school year by School of Business instructor Frank Armstrong and an innovative group of AMC students. In its initial form, the program had only one tier and matched second-year AMC students to professional mentors within their field of interest.

The program incorporated a peer-mentoring element in September 2012 so that second-year students now earn their professional mentors. If second-year students hope to acquire a professional mentor in third year, they are required to become mentors to first-year students.

FUSE has enjoyed many successful years (just check our testimonials), with each new set of FUSE executives, and continues to grow. This year, FUSE executives Chantal Lauzon and Tiffiny Monk have big plans to take this program to the next level. Stay tuned to see how it all unfolds!
